Something broken, a question, or a name on the board that shouldn't be there? Email us and include your DRIVER name if it's about the leaderboard.
We read every message and usually reply within a few days.
My lap didn't show up on the board
Only your best lap of the day posts, and only a lap faster than the one already posted. If you were offline, it is queued and posts the next time you open the app with a connection.
The board says I need to update
Everyone on a day's board has to race the exact same track and car. If your version builds a different track, your laps can't be ranked; update Apex Daily from the App Store.
Changing my DRIVER name
Your Profile name is your online name. You can change it once every 30 days. Names are unique, and some words are blocked.
Moving to a new iPhone
Signed in to Game Center, your online profile comes back on its own. Without Game Center your profile lives only on that phone, and deleting the app loses it.
Deleting your online profile
In the app: Settings → DELETE ONLINE PROFILE. It removes your account, name, laps and stats from our server straight away, and your name is free for someone else. You can also email us and we'll do it for you. See the privacy policy for what is stored.
